Board Voting Members must meet the following criteria before membership level approval is granted:

• Must have been Voting Member for not less than the past six consecutive months
• Must have held a minimum status as Non Voting Member for at least a total of 9 non-consecutive months (may include the past six consecutive months)
• Must have paid and be current for the required Membership Dues within the qualifying term for such membership.
